Blood Wyrm – Chaos Familiars

Blood Wyrms are a form of parasite who mutated while infesting followers of chaos. On exiting the host’s body they will generally hide until nightfall before returning to find a new host, once they reach maturity (between 3 to 5 foot tall) their behaviour changes and they become more hostile now hunting and killing their prey instead. Blood Wyrms can be found in a variety of locations though they are more frequently found around the borderlands of the northern wastes.
